As we cross over into 2021 and beyond, it is vital for people to RENEW... that is ‘to resume an activity after an interruption.’ We all agree that our lives have been interrupted. Many people report being frustrated, depressed and not operating at their higher levels of focus and productivity. To overcome this, people must take a strong look at their approach to life and work, which is simply comprised of the principles they practice. Join to identify where you may need to “do the work” to strengthen your approach with focus, vision, and inspiration!

We know that inclusion is part of the toolkit of the 21st Century Leader. We know that when employees think their organization is committed to diversity and they feel included, they report better business performance. We also know that leaders require resilience and tenacity to lead inclusively in modern-day business.
In this 60-minute interactive workshop, CSL leaders will discover that like other critical leadership skills, inclusion and resilience can be learned. Because just like other leadership competencies, both inclusion and resilience are comprised of a set of skills and knowledge that you can develop through applying focus, energy, and disciplined practice.

We are all dealing with unprecedented levels of change, complexity and uncertainty, both on the job and in our lives. Our continued success depends on our ability to stay focused, flexible, energized, and optimistic that we can overcome the challenges that come our way – in a word, to be resilient. And we need resilience both as individuals and as leaders.
In this presentation, you will learn a skill that can help you stay resilient in the face of just about any challenge – large or small – that may cause you stress and distract you from staying motivated and on-task. You will learn a technique to guide your people across this “resilience gap” for better results.’

What happens when we assume? We all recall the words of wisdom that follow this question from our childhood years. However, what most of us don’t realize is that we are making assumptions all the time because this is how our brain fills in the gaps of missing information in almost every situation. While some assumptions are productive, others can get us into trouble and create conflict. In this workshop, we will learn how we can use questions rather than assumptions to improve productivity and relationships at work.

Our Inclusion Escape Room is a dramatic, high pressure, collaborative experience that doesn’t just talk about inclusive practice, it requires you to demonstrate it. Working in teams of 3 to 7 people, it’s a race against time to discover what is really meant by inclusion and how bias, power and privilege in the workplace can work against it. During the 35-minute escape activity, participants will unlock the tools to learn how to drive business success, explore together the key themes identified in the Escape Room, before coming back together in a reflective exercise where they explore their own demonstrated ‘inclusive’ behaviors during the task.
